Being winter, some of these flowers are now out of season so we will use the best colour substitute to achieve the look

Note: Arrangement shown in photo is for colour reference only, the flowers you receive will depend on season and availability, we will do our utmost best to keep the selection as close to the image as possible.

For example: Dahlias are seasonal and may be substituted with disbud chrysanthemums or another similar option.

Delivery.

We will leave flowers at, or near, the entrance if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, or the property is inaccessible, or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to us and we will call to re-arrange delivery at the senders cost.

Flower Care:

Unwrap your bouquet, remove the wet pack and make sure that all stems underwater with no leaves under the water line. Cut the stems on an angle with a sharp pair of scissors, place your flowers into your vase & pop them in a spot out of direct sunlight or heat .
